The Boathouse
The Tulsa Rowing Club Boathouse on the west banks of the scenic Arkansas River, has served as the Club’s home and is the site for the region’s most exciting races. Fire recently destroyed the original 1991 boathouse, but construction will begin in late Spring 2018 on a new 2-story boathouse.
The Tulsa Rowing Club boathouse will soon once again be an integral part of Tulsa’s River Parks system, which encompasses more than 26 miles of trails, parks and event facilities located along both sides of the Arkansas River going through the heart of Tulsa.

The TRC Boathouse is comprised of three boat bays which house the fleet of club and private shells and the workout room, which features more than a dozen rowing ergometers used for indoor workouts and training.

Traveling Eastbound or Westbound on I-44
Driving on I-44, take U.S. 75 North. Exit on Southwest Boulevard. From the Southwest
Boulevard exit, turn left and immediately get in the far right hand lane. The first intersection/stoplight will be West 23rd Street. (There is a McDonalds on the northeast corner of Southwest Blvd. and W. 23rd Street.) Turn right on W. 23rd Street, traveling east. Go to the first stoplight, which is Jackson Ave. (There is a Shell station on the southwest corner of the intersection of W. 23rd Street and Jackson Ave.) Turn left onto Jackson, traveling northbound. The Rowing Club entrance is about three blocks north on the right-hand side of the street. You will cross the railroad tracks upon entering the correct entrance/parking lot. If you made it to the entrance of the Westport Apartment complex…..you went too far and missed the entrance!
Traveling on the Broken Arrow Expressway (Hwy 64/51) or Keystone Expressway (I-244/412)
Driving eastbound on I-244 or westbound on the Broken Arrow Expressway, take U.S. 75 south.
Exit on W. 17th Street/Southwest Boulevard. Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp. You will go a very short distance (first stoplight) to intersection of W. 17th St. and Southwest Blvd. Go straight through the stoplight, remaining on 17th Street. 17th St. will turn into Jackson Ave. within a tenth of a mile. Continue south on Jackson Ave. The Rowing Club entrance is about three blocks south on the left hand side of the street, just past the Westport Apartment complex. You will cross the railroad tracks upon entering the correct entrance/parking lot.
From Riverside Drive or 21st Street
Cross the Arkansas River, heading west, on the 21st Street Bridge. The first stop light after crossing the bridge is Jackson Ave. (There is a Shell station on the southwest corner of the intersection.) Turn right onto Jackson Ave, traveling northbound. The Rowing Club entrance is about three blocks north on the right-hand side of the street. You will cross the railroad tracks upon entering the correct entrance/parking lot.
